1. Who We Are
Rekindled Man provides in-person men's circles, transformational coaching experiences, and digital content intended for personal growth and development. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rekindled Man. The term “you” refers to the user, purchaser, or participant.
2. Use of This Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, purchase our offerings, or attend our events. By using this site, you agree to:

Respect the boundaries and confidentiality of our work
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets for in-person events (such as the Rekindled Man Men's Circle) are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a circle you’ve purchased access to, a credit may be issued under the following conditions:
You must email rekindledman@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled event to inform us you cannot attend.
To redeem the credit, you must email us at least 24 hours in advance of the future circle you’d like to attend, and your request will be honored only if space is available.
Credits will not be granted for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Event Participation
By attending any Rekindled Man in-person gathering, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
You understand that our circles may include breathwork, embodiment, and emotional processing, and they are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional mental health care.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from an event without refund if their behavior endangers the safety, respect, or integrity of the space.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including videos, writing, graphics, and recordings) is the property of Rekindled Man and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our materials without explicit written permission.
6. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
By participating in our offerings, you accept full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result. We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in our events, content, or coaching.
All content is provided “as-is” and for educational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rekindled Man shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site, attendance at our events, or reliance on any content.
